Michael co-founded Mücke Roth & Company and leads the firm's motorsport advisory work at the senior-most level. With a degree in International Business from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, he combines a U.S.-based business education with senior management consulting experience at Kearney and hands-on entrepreneurial experience as a startup founder. He currently serves on the boards of several startups and is an investor in a portfolio of more than 20 early-stage companies, bringing a commercially focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial perspective to MRC's motorsport clients. Through his investment in and co-founding role at Emerald Coast Motor Club, a motorsport venue currently in development, Michael complements his advisory experience with the perspective of a motorsport infrastructure investor, bringing firsthand insight into the asset-class dynamics, development-stage risks, commercial model design, and stakeholder complexity involved in bringing a racetrack project to market.

Lucas Wendel played a key role in building Mücke Roth & Company's business unit and today leads its strategic development and operations. With a background in International Management, he combines an international business perspective with strategic consulting and real estate expertise gained through his experience at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on value creation, asset optimisation, and growth-driven investment strategies. He has led numerous international projects with multi-million-euro volumes and is actively engaged in industry networks such as Blackbook Motorsport, bringing a commercially focused and internationally driven perspective to MRC's clients and partners.

Max has been involved in Mücke Roth & Company's motorsport projects from the very beginning. He has led international projects across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, bringing a globally minded and commercially focused perspective to MRC's clients. His work centers on building viable business models for race circuits, advising OEMs on commercial expansion, and developing growth strategies for motorsport suppliers. Through his engagement in the Motorsport Club of Clubs, he has closely followed the evolution of the industry and the rise of private drive resorts, working in direct exchange with their founders. He combines hands-on project leadership with a strategic, internationally driven approach, helping MRC's clients translate ambition into commercially sustainable outcomes.

Luis has driven the expansion of Mücke Roth & Company's motorsport consulting business at the intersection of luxury, real estate, and sports. With more than 10 years of experience in the automotive and motorsport ecosystem and academic experience at leading business schools including Esade and Cornell, he combines deep industry expertise with a strategic perspective, commercial mindset, and hands-on approach. His work spans the full motorsport ecosystem, from venue development and racing series concepts to investor acquisition, M&A transaction advisory, and financial feasibility. His client-focused, analytical, and globally minded perspective enables the translation of ambitious ideas into commercially viable concepts.
